CFCS 44th Annual Meeting Hosted by:

The 44th Annual Meeting will be held in Miami, FL from July 13th to 17th, 2008. The theme for the Meeting is: “Repositioning Caribbean Agriculture:  Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainability”.

The Organizing Committee is working hard to structure a productive and innovative event to share knowledge that will strongly support the agricultural activities in our countries.

'Go' Shuttle Service – Fort Lauderdale Airport

1. When you arrive at the Ft.Lauderdale airport, collect your luggage and go outside the baggage claim area, lower level, curbside. 

 2. Contact one the starters (customer services representatives) wearing a white shirt with "GO AIRPORT SHUTTLE" in green on the back of the shirt and an emblem on the sleeve and over the breast pocket. Let the starter know you are interested in a shared shuttle service to the Miami Beach Resort and Spa at 4833 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL.

 3. The Go Airport Shuttle representative will assist you.  The telephone number for Go Shuttle Service is 954-561-8888 if you have further questions about their service.

SUPERSHUTTLE - Miami International Airport

1. PRINT 2 COUPONS AND BRING COUPONS WITH YOU TO THE MIAMI AIRPORT. YOU WILL NEED ONE FOR EACH WAY. No need to prearrange arrival time as shuttles operate regularly.

2. Arrive at Miami International Airport and proceed to baggage claim.

3. Exit the doors to the sidewalk and look for the representative in a bright yellow shirt at a van service desk. There is one outside each major airline baggage claim.

4. Identify yourself with Caribbean Food Crops Society and the representative will call a van around for you to board to the conference hotel, the Miami Beach Resort and Spa.

5. Coupons are valid for arrival or departure. Print one for each. Gratuity not included.

6. You must call the Super Shuttle 24 hours before your departure at 305-871-2000 to make a reservation for pickup to return from the Miami Beach Resort and Spa to the Airport.
